Birthday Cake Pancakes!

These are by far the YUMMIEST things I've ever eaten for breakfast! I felt like I was eating dessert!
Fun to make on special occasions like birthdays!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Cup yellow cake mix
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Sprinkles

ICING:
Heavy Whipping Cream
Powdered Sugar

In a large bowl, combine the flour, cake mix, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside.

In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a whisk. Add the milk, buttermilk, butter and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients and mix. Fold in sprinkles

Scoop portions of 1/3 C. batter onto the griddle, leaving room for batter to spread. When pancakes begin to bubble, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve with syrup or Icing.

ICING: Mix powdered sugar and whipping cream until desired consistency.
